Thomas Warden, M.Sc.
Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs
Thomas Warden received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (1970) and Master of Biochemistry (1972) degrees at Colorado State University. He also received a Certificate in Management from the University of Denver in 1981. Mr. Warden has conducted endocrine research at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver. He has spent several years in medical device laboratory management and regulatory affairs at COBE Laboratories in Lakewood, Colorado. While at COBE, he created a sub-company, COBE Laboratory Services supporting other companies in the region. Mr. Warden then joined Vipont Laboratories in Fort Collins, Colorado where he was Director of Quality. In 1987, he joined Hauser Inc. where he had several positions including Director of Regulatory Affairs and Environmental and Managing Director of Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Warden then went on to become Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs, and later COO at Natural Pharmaceuticals in Beverly, Massachusetts and has been a Pharmaceutical Consultant specializing in pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory affairs in recent years. Mr. Warden has been working with Bioxel Pharma for several years as a consultant in marketing, quality assurance and regulatory affairs.
