Louis McGuire has a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences from the Université du Québec à Montréal and has been a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec since 1979.
From 1998 to 2000, Mr. McGuire held the position of Vice President, Development at MM Resources, where he was involved in an ethanol biomass feasibility study for the Province of Quebec. He has many years of experience in finance, serving as Vice President, Finance for the airline Royal Aviation Inc. (1997-1998), Videoway Communications Inc. (1992-1995), a Videotron Group Ltd. affiliate specializing in the development of interactive technologies and communications services, and Harricana Group Inc. (1983-1992). Mr. McGuire joined Bioxel Pharma as Vice President, Finance in October 2000. |
